Competitive Edge has its own fully equipped training facility located in the Kensington Valley Ice House in Brighton, Michigan available for hockey athletes, participants of any sport, or those interested in training for fitness, conditioning and health benefits.
Off-Ice Strength and Conditioning
With over 2000 square feet of space and a wide variety of equipment, we are able to provide teams and athletes with all the tools necessary to maximize their athletic potential. Our off-ice training facility is located on the second floor of the Kensington Valley rink.

On-Ice Training
On-ice training is available for individual, small group and hockey team training programs. Ice time is at Kensington Valley Ice House and will be arranged for scheduled classes, private and group/team instruction.
